Terms of use.

These terms govern your use of the marketing website at endolum.io and the subdomains that host marketing material for Endolum products. The terms that govern the use of an Endolum product are published by that product and supersede these terms for any product specific question.

1. The site

The site is operated by Endolum GmbH, a company registered in Switzerland (UID CHE-297.991.738). The site exists to describe Endolum products, document the studio behind them, and route enquiries to a real human. Use of the site is free and does not require registration.

2. Each product has its own agreement

Endolum publishes a separate service agreement for every product on the platform:

  • Sentinel — vulnerability scanning. Service terms are accepted at sign up at endolum.io/sentinel.
  • Hacked — deception platform. Service terms are accepted at sign up at endolum.io/hacked.
  • Academy — cybersecurity training. Course terms are accepted at enrollment at endolum.io/academy.

If anything in these site terms conflicts with a product service agreement, the product agreement takes precedence for that product.

3. Acceptable use of the site

You may browse the site, link to public pages, quote short passages with attribution, and submit messages through the contact and partner application forms. You may not:

  • Use automated tooling to scrape the site at a rate that affects other readers, or to bypass any technical control on the site.
  • Submit forms with fraudulent contact details, content that violates any law, or content intended to harass any person.
  • Use the brand marks, the iso-hex symbol, the wordmark, the mark family, or the design language to imply a partnership, endorsement, or commercial relationship that does not exist.
  • Reproduce significant portions of the site verbatim without written consent.

4. Information on the site

Information on the site is provided in good faith and reflects the state of the products at the time of publication. Endolum makes a reasonable effort to keep the site accurate but does not warrant that every figure, feature description, or external link is current. Marketing pages are not a binding offer. The binding offer is the product service agreement and the order confirmation that follows.

5. Intellectual property

The site, the design language, the iso-hex mark, the Endolum wordmark, the product wordmarks (Sentinel, Hacked, Academy), the typeface choices in their composed form, and the underlying code of the site are the property of Endolum GmbH unless otherwise indicated. All rights are reserved. Specifically:

  • You may not redistribute the brand mark or the wordmark in any modified form.
  • You may not use the brand to suggest a partnership that is not formally agreed in writing.
  • You may not use the design language as a template for a competing product without written consent.

Press, partners, and journalists may use the brand mark and screenshots in good faith for editorial purposes and may request a brand kit at contact@endolum.io.

6. Third party links

The site contains links to third party services such as Cal.com for booking calls, social platforms for company updates, and the product applications. Endolum is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Endolum disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. Endolum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

8. Changes

Endolum may update these terms from time to time. The version date is shown at the top of the page. Material changes are reflected in the date and the changed sections. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising from or related to these terms is the registered office of Endolum GmbH in Lachen SZ, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's place of residence remain unaffected.
